Senior Living Pros, co-owned by Dallas Shipp and Luke Adams, has supported senior living facilities across the region with highly tailored marketing solutions. With a strong operational foundation and deep industry expertise, the company had become an attractive strategic acquisition target. Mitch Alverson, having followed the company’s trajectory for some time, approached the founders with an acquisition offer as he sought to expand B3 Advisors’ capabilities and reach.
Sell-side advisory services were provided by Jacob Davis of Capstone Consulting, who also managed the company's financials through Brazos Bookkeeping. “Because Senior Living Pros was already a bookkeeping client, we had a strong understanding of their financial position and business model,” said Davis. “With a serious buyer already identified, we were able to move quickly and efficiently to close the deal.
