The deal marks a significant strategic expansion for Ferguson across Texas and Oklahoma.

GeoSolutions, which operates eight locations throughout Texas and Oklahoma, has built a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer service across the construction and environmental management industries. The company experienced strong interest from several major players in the sector, with Ferguson ultimately securing the deal.
Jacob Davis of Capstone Consulting (formerly of The Vant Group) served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to GeoSolutions in the transaction. “GeoSolutions had a number of suitors knocking on the door, and they were in an excellent position to drive a competitive process,” said Davis. “After conducting a thorough valuation and strategic process to interested acquirers, we were able to move quickly toward a successful outcome with Ferguson.
